    Vegan Banana Ice Cream

    Ingredients for 2 servings 5 bananas 24 chocolate sandwich cookies 4 cups  peanut butter(960 g) 4 cups  dark chocolate(960 g) 4 cups  chocolate chips(700 g) Preparation Chop up some bananas and freeze in container for at least two hours. Blend until the bananas are smooth. Add some chocolate sandwich cookies, peanut butter, dark chocolate and chocolate chips and blend again. Pour into a container and freeze until solid. Enjoy!

    Ingredients: 2 large sweet potatoes Water (for soaking) 2 Tbsp. corn starch 1 Tbsp. olive oil (or vegetable oil) 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp brown sugar Salt (to taste) Shredded parmesan (optional) Chopped fresh parsley (optional) Directions: Rinse and peel sweet potatoes.
